1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Villa Natalia Kalami (“the Property”), located in Kalami, Corfu, Greece. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. The Property is operated by the owners of Villa Natalia Kalami.

2. Reservations & payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. Payment is processed via our booking partner (CosmicBooker) or as otherwise agreed. Prices are in euros unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and conditions selected at booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy shown during the booking process. No-shows and early departures may be charged according to that policy. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

4. Check-in & check-out

Check-in and check-out times are as stated on your confirmation and on our Contact page. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply. Guests must vacate the accommodation by the stated check-out time unless otherwise agreed.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the accommodation and its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged. The number of occupants must not exceed the capacity of the booked unit. Smoking may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas as indicated. Quiet hours and house rules provided at check-in must be respected.

6. Limitation of liability

Villa Natalia Kalami is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injury arising from use of the Property or its facilities, except where required by applicable law. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, utility failures). Use of the pool, beach access, and other amenities is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

Content on villanataliakalami.com (text, images, logos) is owned by Villa Natalia Kalami or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Greece. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. For questions, contact us via the details on our Contact page.
